SHIPPING LOCATIONS 
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous states as well as Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Dallas Diamonds Inc. does not ship orders to PO Boxes, or APOs. In-store pickup are not currently available.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
All US Domestic orders are shipped via complimentary UPS, FedEx, or USPS service with tracking information and signature confirmation required, and should arrive to you within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES 
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

  • Expedited delivery to the 48 contiguous states: Free with signature confirmation required.

Orders placed before 3:00PM CST Monday through Thursday will be shipped on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 3:00PM CST will be shipped Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call Customer Service at (972) 686-6877 M-F: 10:00AM - 7:00PM CST, SAT: 10:00AM - 5:00PM CST or contact us to confirm. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for personalized items.

ADDITIONAL COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING INFORMATION 

  • Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
  • When your order is ready for dispatch, a separate shipping email including tracking information will be sent to you. All orders come fully insured with standard insurance by default and will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • All Dallas Diamonds jewelry comes in our signature keepsake box with discreet outside packaging. We understand the surprise element often involved in fine jewelry purchases, thus we will actively avoid any explicit mentioning of package content or our business name on the outer packaging, unless otherwise requested.
  • Terms & conditions may change on a case-by-case basis. We always recommend that if you have any questions regarding shipping to reach out to us before your purchase.
