Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.dallasdiamondsdfw.com by mail within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is in its original condition/quality and has not been damaged, shows signs of wear, or has been altered in any way with its original packaging. Dallas Diamonds, Inc. will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.dallasdiamondsdfw.com. All returns require a 20% restocking fee to help cover return expenses such as payment processing charges and other expenses incurred when processing a return.


Any item that fails quality inspection from Dallas Diamonds (e.g. scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Any products that are personalized (embossed, engraved,  etc.) cannot be cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject personalized items without providing reason.

To request a return, please follow these steps, 1) Email support@dallasdiamondsdfw.com for review, 2) Once your refund has been authorized you will receive a confirmation number as well as a prepaid return label, 3) Send your refund back within 10 days. Let us know why you are returning your item by completing the survey on the back of the packing slip and returning it with your merchandise. The item must be returned with box, warranty cards, user manual, gifts with purchase (if applicable), and any extra links due to bracelet/watch sizing. Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid (UPS/FedEx) shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself. We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
