SHIPPING LOCATIONS Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous states as well as Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Dallas Diamonds Inc. does not ship orders to PO Boxes, or APOs. In-store pickup are not currently available.
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING All US Domestic orders are shipped via complimentary UPS, FedEx, or USPS service with tracking information and signature confirmation required, and should arrive to you within 1-3 business days after dispatch.Please plan your purchase accordingly and contact us if you have any questions.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMES For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Orders placed before 3:00PM CST Monday through Thursday will be shipped on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 3:00PM CST will be shipped Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call Customer Service at (972) 686-6877 M-F: 10:00AM - 7:00PM CST, SAT: 10:00AM - 5:00PM CST or contact us to confirm. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for personalized items.
